Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing/manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads (PDFs, e-books, etc.), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If you encounter issues accessing your digital product, please reach out to us for assistance.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and free from wear, writing, or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.​
